Meditation Stool
The design of the meditation stool was achieved by working with a friend who regularly meditates. This has resulted in a stool with a variable position which adapts to suit the user and will be as comfortable as possible over long periods of use.
As with my other furniture the stools are made to order in a wood chosen by the client.
At the moment I make three designs :
Basic model - with legs fixed by hidden joints. £150.00
Deluxe model - with through tenons, wedged with a suitable timber. This is a much stronger stool than the basic model. £175.00
Folding stool - the legs fold inwards and are supported by heavy brass hinges. This is the ideal stool for putting in a case when travelling.
